FORGING CHRIST-CENTERED LEADERS FROM THE GROUND UP

Preparing the next generation to stand strong in a broken world and lead with the character of Jesus Christ.

Mission Statement

The Rock Leadership Foundation is a Christ-centered organization dedicated to transforming youth into purpose-driven leaders anchored in the unshakable truth of God’s Word.

Established by founders Gregory Labenz, Brian Halliday, Robert Cleaves, and James Crosswell, the foundation employs a holistic approach to training the "whole person"—integrating mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional excellence.

By cultivating core pillars such as faith, discipline, and resilience through biblical mentorship and intentional rigor, the foundation equips the next generation to stand strong in a broken world and lead with the character, compassion, and courage of Jesus Christ.

The Rock Leadership Foundation forges comprehensive development pathways that unite mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional excellence.

By delivering leadership and performance coaching rooted in biblical truth and disciplined practice, the foundation provides a rigorous environment for growth.

This mission is furthered through intentional mentorship frameworks designed to cultivate Christlike servant-leaders and immersive, skill-based experiences that strengthen unity, resilience, and trust.

Ultimately, the foundation establishes a culture where growth, integrity, and service define the true standard of success.

We utilize the great outdoors as a classroom for character. Through high-engagement activities like canoeing, kayaking, and rope courses, youth are challenged to communicate and lead under pressure.

Whether through swimming, archery, or intentional fellowship, every activity is designed to build the physical and relational bonds necessary to become a Christ-centered leader of tomorrow.

A primary focus of our curriculum is the mastery of essential survival skills.

Participants receive expert instruction in the fundamentals of self-reliance, including fire and shelter building and the critical techniques for sourcing food and water.

By learning to navigate the natural world, youth develop the tangible resilience and quiet confidence required to lead in any environment.
